When I arrived, the room was like 30 degrees Celsius which was too hot to handle, and the basic room did not meet the price value expectations. On the bright side, the room offered a nice view of the fjord.

The room was very basic and the tiny bathroom easily flooded, plus the shower door was terrible. However, there was a nice view of the fjord.

The service was very friendly and helpful, providing a lot of information about local attractions. The staff was nice and accommodating, and extremely nice and friendly.

The location was beautiful, leading up to the edge of the Hardanger Fjord with great views outside. It was right at the fjord, superb for shower.

The dining experience was adequate with a decent selection, but could really offer more options. The soup was good.
